Inteso Group was founded in 2022 out of a strong desire to grow, to build a business, and to stand out from an economy based on subcontracting with no guarantees of quality or integrity. 

The current landscape is unfortunately shaped by players who operate without giving due importance to results, scrambling for contracts just to inflate numbers, often without the technical skills, organizational structure, or honesty required to manage them. 

This approach results in high costs for clients, with operational budgets wiped out by the involvement of numerous unnecessary intermediaries. 

We chose to put ourselves out there, reversing a market trend that has sadly become the norm. We meticulously follow every client, every market, and every project. 

Most importantly, and what I personally believe makes the difference, is smiling. Celebrating our achievements and being genuinely interested in our work out of passion, not obligation.
